Job Summary:

The Sales Executive for Development and Digital Marketing is responsible for promoting and selling the company’s digital marketing solutions and development services. This role involves understanding client needs, generating leads, nurturing relationships, and closing sales to drive business growth. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of sales acumen and knowledge of digital marketing strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities by researching and analyzing market trends and customer needs.
• Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and other proactive outreach efforts.
• Conduct meetings and presentations to showcase the company’s digital marketing services and development solutions.
• Create and manage a sales pipeline, forecasting future sales and ensuring consistent communication with prospects and clients.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns that align with client needs and market trends.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring favorable terms for both the client and the company.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and technological advancements to effectively position the company’s services.
• Maintain CRM systems to track sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status.
• Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote services and expand professional networks.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in digital marketing or development services.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts (SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, etc.).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Skills:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.
• Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and market opportunities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Time management skills to balance various tasks and prioritize effectively.

Work Environment:

• Office setting with the possibility of remote work options.
• Travel may be required for client meetings and industry events.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 – AED3,000.00 per month
