Key Responsibilities:

• Project Ownership: Overseeing projects from the initial ideation through to completion, like obtaining permits, certifications, conducting site visits and meetings with all stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
• Planning and Scheduling: Developing comprehensive project plans, timelines, and schedules in collaboration with all stakeholders, ensuring alignment with client requirements and budget constraints.
• Budget Management: Monitoring project expenditures, tracking costs, and managing budget allocation to optimize project profitability.
• 3 rd Parties Communication Management: Liaising with contractors, suppliers/vendors to procure materials and services, negotiating contracts, and ensuring compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
• Client Communication Management: Serving as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular project updates, addressing inquiries and concerns, and fostering positive relationships to ensure client satisfaction.
• Quality Assurance: Implementing quality control measures to maintain high standards of workmanship and adherence to fit-out specifications and regulatory requirements.
• Risk Management: Identifying potential risks and issues proactively, developing mitigation strategies, and taking corrective actions to minimize project disruptions and delays.
• Health and Safety Compliance: Coordinating with QSHE Team (CBX, Client, and Contractors) to enforce safety protocols and regulations on-site, conducting regular safety inspections, and promoting a culture of safety awareness among project team members and subcontractors.
• Quotation Management from contractors: Preparing required documents to run RFPs with contractors to receive suitable detailed quotations to choose one final suitable for each project.
• Proposal Management to clients: Preparing proposals for clients according to their requirements and quotations received from contractors to tally all Terms & Conditions.
• Project Sales Leads: Working on generating sales leads to turn into projects.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Strong knowledge of fit-out processes, materials, and techniques, as well as building codes and regulations.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
• MEP knowledge.
• Experience in exploring new markets and engaging with potential clients for future projects.
