The Butler is responsible for overseeing the household staff and ensuring the household is operating smoothly and efficiently. This role demands a high level of discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Household Management: Oversee daily household operations and coordinate with household staff, including maids, chefs, gardeners, and chauffeurs.
• Personal Assistance: Assist principals with their daily schedules, including organizing travel arrangements, managing appointments, and handling confidential matters.
• Event Management: Plan and manage private events, dinners, and parties, ensuring everything runs smoothly and meeting the principals’ expectations.
• Service: Provide high-end butler service, including formal table setting and serving, wine knowledge, and valet services.
• Inventory Management: Maintain household inventories, including pantry, wardrobe, wine cellar, and other household supplies.
• Security: Ensure the security and privacy of the household are maintained.
• Training: Train and supervise junior staff to ensure high standards of service are consistently met.
• Maintenance Oversight: Schedule and oversee household maintenance tasks, liaising with external contractors and vendors as necessary.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role within a UHNW household.
• Education: Formal training in butler services and household management preferred.
• Skills: Exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership skills, with the ability to anticipate the needs of principals and provide proactive service.
• Attributes: Discreet, trustworthy, professional demeanor, with a high level of attention to detail.

Pay: AED7,000.00 – AED9,000.00 per month
