Zapegg Tax Consultant
As a Customer Care Executive at Zapegg Tax Consultant in Dubai, you will play a crucial role in providing outstanding service to our clients by managing service requests, scheduling and planning tasks, and ensuring timely and efficient resolution of issues. Your ability to communicate effectively and maintain strong organizational skills will be essential in upholding our commitment to client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Attend to service calls and create service tickets in the system immediately upon receiving service requests via phone, email, or WhatsApp.
• Schedule and plan all service calls and tasks created in the system, ensuring they are attended to and completed promptly as per our commitments to clients and contract terms and conditions.
• Assist clients over the phone with first-level breakdown support.
• Schedule service appointments for clients in a timely manner and track service records to ensure all services are attended to and resolved within the agreed SLA.
• Evaluate the quality of all services and identify areas for improvement.
• Be on call duty as per the service department schedule on a monthly basis.
• Prepare and send quotations to customers and follow up for approval or LPOs.
• Prepare invoices and submit them to customers upon job completion, ensuring payments are received as per agreed payment terms.
• Attend to walk-in customer inquiries, including assessing issues and providing recommendations and suggestions.
• Communicate and update clients regularly on the status of their service requests until tasks are completed.
• Plan and coordinate all installations for sold services, event support, and free-on-loan services as needed.
• Handle data entry in our field service management system for new customers, update existing customer data, and manage agreements (Annual Maintenance Contracts & other service agreements) as needed.
Must Have:
• Proven work experience as a Service Coordinator or similar role.
• Strong work ethic and service skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Stay up to date with services, policies, and regulations.
• Strong record-keeping and analytical skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Technical Diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient computer skills in using Excel, PowerPoint, and field service applications.
