Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Call Center Agent to join our team in Dubai. As a Call Center Agent, you will be the primary liaison between our company and our current and potential customers. Your main goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction by effectively resolving issues, addressing complaints, and providing information about our services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
  • Follow communication scripts for various topics and scenarios
  • Identify customer needs, clarify information, research issues, and provide appropriate solutions or alternatives
  • Seize opportunities to upsell products when appropriate
  • Build and maintain sustainable relationships with customers by going the extra mile
  • Accurately record all conversations and interactions in our call center database
  • Participate in educational seminars to enhance knowledge and performance
  • Meet personal and team qualitative and quantitative targets

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a call center or customer service role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle high call volumes and manage time effectively
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in using call center software and databases
