As a Project Manager, candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing the execution of all the projects from conception to completion. This role requires a combination of strong project management skills, a deep understanding of Interior design and construction processes, and effective communication to ensure the successful delivery of projects on time and within budget. At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Coordination:
Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
Coordinate with Architects, Structural engineers, interior designers, Contractors, Suppliers and other stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals and client expectations.

Budget Management:
Develop and manage project budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring cost-effectiveness.
Identify potential cost overruns and implement corrective actions as necessary.

Team Leadership:
Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented work environment.
Assign tasks, set goals, and provide guidance to ensure successful project execution.

Client Communication:

Act as the primary point of contact for clients leading all communication & meetings.
Document and provide regular updates on project progress.
Address client concerns and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Quality Control:

Implement and enforce quality standards, ensuring that work meets or exceeds client expectations and industry regulations.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor the quality of workmanship.

Risk Management:
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Implement effective risk management practices to minimize project disruptions.

Timeline Management:
Monitor project timelines and milestones, making adjustments as necessary to ensure on-time delivery.
Anticipate and address any delays or obstacles that may impact project timelines.

Contract Management:
Responsible for overseeing the entire contract lifecycle, from initiation to closure, ensuring compliance with legal and organizational standards.
Project Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, procurement, finance, and project stakeholders, to drive successful contract outcomes.

Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation.
Generate regular progress reports for internal and external stakeholders.

Authorities & Approvals:
The project manager should be well aware of the UAE Building Codes, Regional standards, Approval procedures, NOC processes for all relevant Authorities in the region like DM, Tecom, Trakhees, DEWA, RTA etc.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Construction Management or a related field.
Proven experience as a Project Manager in Middle East region projects.
Knowledge of relevant building codes and regulations.
Strong knowledge of building materials, finishes, detailing and construction methods.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
Proficient in project management software like Primavera, MS Project and other management tools.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Preferred optional Qualifications:

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
Previous experience in managing high-end residential projects.
